Gold Coast, Queensland Jun 8, 2023 (Issuewire.com) – SPG Land‘s completion of the $200m Cambridge Residences masterplan at Robina is being celebrated by its new residents, while the international property developer’s other project, the $1b three tower Paradiso Place has grown from strength to strength and is currently one of the best-selling projects on the Gold Coast.
The international real estate group has successfully completed the four-tower Cambridge Residences masterplan, managing through a pandemic, construction cost increases and a change of builders to deliver the fourth and final tower Brooke Residences.
SPG Land’s flagship project on the Gold Coast, Paradiso Place, has also reached several significant milestones. The luxury oceanside neighbourhood of three towers planned for a whole city block in Surfers Paradise, is one of the fastest selling projects on the Gold Coast and is progressing towards a full sellout of Tower 1, with over 82% of apartments sold.
